Brief Biography, Dr. Tim Hoopingarner

Following a 25 year career in Higher Education, Dr. Hoopingarner has worked for nine years plus with JMJ Associates, and Sandy Blaha Performance Consulting as a Senior Consultant. He has worked around the world in High-Performance Safety, and Safety Culture Leadership.  His clients include: BP-North American Gas, BP-Natural Gas Liquids, BP-Canada, Chevron Refining, Chevron Pipelines, and several construction firms. In addition, Tim worked through JMJ on BP-North American Gas “Mobilizing Leadership” a massive leadership initiative conducted from 2004 to 2006. He also worked with BP-Canada on developing High Performance Teams. For the past six years, Tim has been delivering Safety Culture Leadership modules for BP: Exploration and Production; Drilling and Completion; Fuels Value Chain; Gas Plants; and Refining and Marketing around the world including Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. His experience includes executive (individual) coaching, team coaching, leadership development, organizational culture leadership development, and high performance team development.
