Catch the last days of winter at Fireside Sleigh Rides in North Conway, New Hampshire. Joining host Robin Milling are owners Jason and Heather Blakeney; brother and sister equestrian experts who took their love and expertise with horses hitching them to a romantic sleigh ride through snowy trails along the Saco River. Homeschooled, Jason tells Robin they would do their homework on horseback and both have degrees in equestrian studies so starting a business together where horses were involved was a natural progression.
Arrive at a quaint log cabin office where hot apple Cider and hot chocolate awaits to take along on the ride. Jason takes out the sleigh led by Percherons named Freckles and Pretty Face with Freckles' foal in training leading the way or taking a break to nurse! Unnamed at the time, Jason jokes that patrons were all giving their ideas based on his shiny black coat such as Darth Vader for starters. They went with Pecos (like the river that flows through New Mexico and Texas).
There is the private sleigh ride with room for four but two is always better for the full coziness of snuggling under warm wool blankets. Or if you want a party 'Big Red,' the Bob Sled can accommodate 10 adults and eight children. Both rides end up at a fire pit complete with sticks and marshmallows ready for toasting. Or bring your own chocolate and graham crackers and you can make S'mores.
If you miss the snow, trail and wagon rides are available during the summer at their farm in Brownfield, Maine.

This week we take moment to thank our lord for the birth of actor Tom Atkins. For years Atkins has been a genre staple and a film saving presence in the movie industry. Atkins talents are so immense rumor has it he sold a movie about ice cubes to the eskimos. Tune in and listen to what two grown men sucking off a 70 year old actor sounds like...does that sound bad?

Hey folks grey hound was tripping up yesterday in Chicago , I felt as a journalist that this place and Milwaukee of all places on earth should have buses in place after the Soldier holiday memorial day. to my shock there was no buses running from Chicago to Milwaukee around the 7pm and 9:45pm.when I asked the customer service in Milwaukee why there wasnot drivers for this occasion They could not lift up n answer.
This funny stuff but this holiday stuff has gotten stupidfor customers, I rode amtrak back to Milwaukee but for those that wanted to come home they may have been disaappointed.
I stare out into the darkness from my post, and I watch the city burn to the ground. I smell the familiar smells, I walk through the familiar rubble, and I look at the frightened faces that watch me pass down the streets of their neighborhoods. My nerves hardly rest; my hands are steady on a device that has been given to me from my government for the purpose of taking the lives of others.

Over the past few years, thousands of children under the age of 18 have fled Central America, hitched rides on top of trains through Mexico, and crossed into the United States on their own. On the way, they often suffer sexual assault or violence.; which means there motive for leaving their home country has a darker side. The US government is ill-equipped to deal with this influx of child migrants from Central America into the Rio Grande Valley in Texas (where most of them arrive). Different federal agencies are responsible for taking the children in, finding housing for them, and processing their immigration cases. But, as the number of children crossing into the country from Central America has exploded — rising fivefold since 2011 — those agencies can’t keep up.
