Listen to the Sun. March 15, 2020 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic from the African continent, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and North America. During the second and third hours we will focus on developments in the East African nation of Kenya where President Uhuru Kenyatta delivered a major policy address on the crisis. In addition, the Director of the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Tedros Adhanom, gave a press briefing on the international status of the pandemic which is reviewed on this program. Also in the Republic of South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa has taken measures to secure the country from the further spread of the coronavirus.
