Listen to the Sun. Feb. 3, 2019 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the report to the Southern African Development Community (SADC) by the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe of events in that country; Venezuela is standing strong against escalating attempts to overthrow President Nicolas Maduro; Mexico says it will not participate in any United States backed efforts to interfere in the internal affairs of Venezuela; and the newly-elected President of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is traveling to neighboring state to build relations in the region. In the second and third hours we continue our focus on the upcoming national elections in the Republic of South Africa. Finally Feb. is African American History Month. We will look back at the contributions of W.E.B. Du Bois who 151st birthday is coming up on Feb. 23.
