Listen to the Sat. June 30, 2018 edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the demonstrations which swept the United States protesting the immigration policies of President Donald Trump; we look at the performance of African teams at the World Cup for 2018; more information has surfaced in regard to the people killed in a grenade attack in the second largest city in the Republic of Zimbabwe last week; and Cuba has discussed its historical relationship with revolutionary forces in Asia. In the second hour we rebroadcast an interview with host Abayomi Azikiwe from the Progressive Radio Network examining events in Detroit and Zimbabwe. Finally we conclude our monthlong focus on Black Music with a tribute to the legendary Jimi Hendrix.
