We will feature our regular PANW report with dispatches on the efforts to upgrade the power system in the Southern African state of Zimbabwe; in South Africa the ruling African National Congress (ANC) ruling party's Secretary General Gwede Mantashe has stated that the recent leaks of e-mails could serve to damage the organization; results have been announced in the Kingdom of Lesotho elections held recently; and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused the United States of violating international law by bombing a Syrian military convoy several days ago. In the second and third hours we focus on Black Music Month which has been an international period of commemoration for the last 38 years.
