Janica Smith discusses her expertise on "What Can a VA Do for Self-Published Authors"

After 25 years as an administrative assistant in a variety of industries Janica set her entrepreneurial spirit free and started AdminiSmith in 2007. She believe that high level assistance should be available to small businesses and solo-entrepreneurs. She enjoys taking care of details and providing the framework that allows creative people to flourish. She works with professional speakers to manage their calendar and speaking engagements, coordinating their travel and presentation details to allow them to focus on delivering messages to their audiences. A life long love of reading set the stage for her interest in working with authors. She had the opportunity to take a course taught by Jan King of eWomen Publishing to be certified as a professional Author’s Assistant. She finds it very rewarding to work with authors through the process of writing, publishing and marketing their books.
