Former Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs joins Mark Carman on the second episode of On The Mark, and is the first in-studio guest of the show. Briggs talks about his charity work with Briggs 4 Kids before weighing on the NFL landscape.

Briggs breaks down his relationship with former Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, and whether or not he liked having him as a teammate. Briggs also details his relationship with former head coach Lovie Smith and what drew him to Smith.

Briggs also makes his pick for the greatest Chicago Bear of all-time and what it's like to be back in school. 

Briggs also talks at length about CTE, whether or not he is worried about the effects and what he is doing to combat the effects. He talks to Mark about whether or not he'd let his kids play and coach them. Briggs also discusses the NFL and the care they give their players, or lack thereof.
