In this show, we will be talking about "tricking" the brain into not resisting change. Normally, when you decide to make changes in your life, you start out with making big changes. The brain responds with a "fight or flight" mode, and resistance starts. Learning to take crazy small steps will help bypass this problem, with the byproduct of permanent change occurring.
