Being a Father and a police officer in 2020

We are looking at the effects of being a police officer in today's world. With everything going on in our world, do we feel safe as a people, and what is the effect on the officer that walks our streets? Are they really trained to handle the job and still able to handle, their jobs at home as fathers?
