It is paramount that we who are alert to the enemies tactics, and raise a voice, not to exclude other men but bring attention to the things we need to talk about on this subject, from the scriptures imposed. Many questions to this topic needs tobe answered, such as; 1). How does the perception affect the perspective? 2). How does the psychology and philosophy play into the progress? 3). How does personification and personality affect the process? 
These are just some things inclusive in discussion., As we look at the strong, us bearing the infirmities of the weak.  Scripture: Romans 15: 1-4.  Then we look at them from three areas:  How is the black man seen in his country, his community and in his church.
