American author, educator, and clergyman Henry Van Dyke said, "Self is the only prison that can bind the soul."  And so it is!  Every Christian who is really serious about living the Christ-like life craves freedom from this bondage.  The intensity of the struggle which goes on in the hearts of countless Christians gives testimony to the great need for us to learn to let go of our selfish, sinful lives to become the new creations Jesus meant us to be.  Join us in the study of "Freeing of the Soul" where we move in the true freedom of the Cross by experiencing Jesus' character qualities of humility, bearing suffering and obedience, the true source of peace which is in the surrender of the will, the role of resistance and receptivity in our walk with the Lord.
