Photobucket The obesity epidemic is out of control, and that’s why one celebrity mental toughness coach is getting tough! Steve Siebold, author of the book Die Fat or Get Tough; 101 Differences in Thinking Between Fat People and Fit People, says that unless you have a true medical condition, if you’re fat it’s your fault! Siebold says there’s been enough hand-holding and wishful thinking written on obesity to last forever, and the result is a nation full of fat people. He says the first step to fixing the mindset that made you fat is taking full responsibility for your actions. Stop blaming the food manufacturers, restaurants and portion sizes, and realize that only you are responsible for what you see in the mirror. Siebold is a former professional athlete, but seven years ago he found himself 40 pounds overweight. He finally got tough after attending a wedding and old friends didn’t recognize him. Today he’s in the best shape of his life and using his tough love message to help others struggling with their weight.
