Interviewing is a skill that must be developed into a craft. The more you do it, the better you will get. Practice makes perfect. If you have been out of the job market for a while, I recommend meeting with a job coach to catch you up with the latest tactics. If that is far fetched, have an honest friend listen and ask you questions to get you up to speed. Getting in the door can be a challenge. Once you are awarded the opportunity, make the best of it by giving your all. As a hiring manager, I have seen just about everything. Some I am even embarrassed to share.
