EJR with Jeanine Molloff - Stop Taxpayer Subsidies to Fossil Fuel Industry

This week, (days before Independence Day), over 500 groups converged in D.C. to demand that the president stop the historic taxpayer subsidies of the fossil fuel industry. Many of us didn't even realize until very recently that our tax dollars have been subsidizing the very industry that is destroying the planet--namely--fossil fuels. 

Today's episode with discuss the long history of this non-stop taxpayer bailout of the oil, gas, and coal industries and we will name names. Both democrats and republicans are guilty on this one. We will also discuss what this subsidy money COULD buy instead of dirty fossil fuel.
