Please join us and our guest, Leah Rampy, for a show on Earth & Soul: Reconnecting Amid Climate Chaos. Amidst accelerating climate devastation and an uncertain future comes a clarion call to renew a deep and personal relationship with Earth. Facing directly into the devastation of climate chaos and biodiversity loss, Leah leads her readers on a soul journey into grief and loss to also claim the beauty, joy and possibilities available when we reconnect with Earth. As we follow the author’s compelling personal experiences and engagingly lyrical stories of whales, cedars, sparrows, and more, we see the necessity and urgency of learning from the wisdom of our kin in the natural world.

Writing at the intersection of spirituality, ecology, and story, Leah illuminates a path to reweaving nature and soul. Under her deft guidance, the beauty and genius of this sacred world unfolds before us. Even now when the world as we knew it is ending and a new story lies beyond what we can envision, we may live fully alive and lay stepping stones toward a diverse and vibrant world of oneness and mutual flourishing.

After giving numerous presentations on the dangers of impending climate change, Leah Rampy became convinced that something was missing from the conversations. With experience as a teacher, professor, corporate and nonprofit executive, and leadership consultant, she began a decades-long journey to understand what lies beneath our unwillingness to change our interactions with the natural world. Her growing commitment to reweaving soul and Earth has been informed by leading over a dozen pilgrimages and many more retreats, extensive reading and research, her contemplative practice, and the wisdom of the living world. Leah lives in a cohousing community in Shepherdstown, WV, with her husband David. They have two adult children. Learn more at https://LeahMoranRampy.com.
