R.E.Gibson- Phifer is our guest speaker. She will share her story as to how MS shaped her life.

Television Producer/Director was born and raised in New Jersey. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she double majored in Mass Communications and Theatre Arts. Gibson's career in the entertainment industry began as a music video production manager working for a company in North Philadelphia while still in college. From there, she went on to work for two major record labels, several independent films, theater productions, and television. For ten years she worked as a show/line producer and writer for local news organizations in Miami, New Orleans, Charlotte, West Palm Beach, and Philadelphia, where she was lead producer for WTXF Fox 29's morning show, Good Day Philadelphia. During her employment with WTXF she was instrumental in the morning show's format change and ratings increase. Recent works include the Lawnside Heritage Day Gospel Concert and several theatrical productions. To name a few, ”Freedom Riders”, “Extra Duty” and the musical, “Only Time Will Tell”, which raised money for deserving families during the holiday season. Bringing a fresh realistic approach to all her projects, Gibson prides herself on being innovative and thinks outside of the box.
