TROY MATHIEU Former Sugar Bowl Exec Dir guest today

Troy Mathieu is today's guest on This Week In College Basketball, hosted by Clay Dade. We'll talk BCS and more with Mathieu who once was executive director of the Sugar Bowl. He is also a former AD at Grambling and currently assistant superintendent for Grand Prairie Independent School District in suburban Dallas. He is the former associate superintendent of athletics for Dallas Independent School District, or DISD, where he led a remarkable turnaround taking the moribund deep-in-the-red public school athletics program to a robust finanically healthy department that produced academically-qualified student-athletes who earned college scholarships. Improvements to school athletics fields and facilities were dramatic changes during Mathieu's tenure.
