We’ve heard for some time that we need to do intermittent cleanses in order to detoxify our body and organs for optimal health.  In fact, there are many products on the market made specifically for this purpose.  So do you really need to cleanse?  And, if so, what are the best ways to do that?  Diane Brandon, your Hostn and author of Intuition for Beginners, is joined this week by Dr. Christopher Vasey, a Naturopath specializing in detoxification and rejuvenation, as well as the author  of Optimal Detox – How to Cleanse Your Body of Colloidal and Crystalline Toxins.  He’ll share with us what could be causing a build-up of toxins in the body, suggestions for reducing them, and what to do to remove them.  This is expert and knowledgeable advice on this often-misunderstood topic.
