Washington’s Nationals and Tanner Roark got knocked around in the series opener with the Arizona D-Backs, losing 14-4, but the big blow was an injury to catcher Wilson Ramos, who appeared to injure his right knee on a throw home in the sixth inning. Ramos left the field of play in considerable pain. We're waiting for updates, but it did not look good. More information when it's available.
