The word "Authenticity" is such a huge buzz word now a days and everybody is talking about it. But what does it mean to be authentic? What does it mean to truly be yourself? What would it be like to reveal your weaknesses to others in order for you to own all of who you are without fear of what someone might think? Are you brave enough to stand in your own truth and allow the Power of Vulnerability to reveal your true self? Well, tune into today's show where my guest, Dr. Kim Johnson who will be sharing with us the freedom that comes from just being yourself and being ok with others seeing the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Dr. Kim Johnson is a licensed minister and family physician committed to health, healing and wholeness and is passionate about helping others to pursue their destiny. Dr. Johnson has a doctorate degree from the Medical College of VA School of Medicine and her experience is in the fields of healthcare and public health.  She is the Principal Investigator and Director at the National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) in Washington DC. Under her leadership, NMAC provides national training programs to improve the capacity of healthcare providers and community-based organizations to provide culturally competent HIV prevention and treatment services and to improve health outcomes for communities of color. And although she is recognized by five US Depart. of Health and Human Services agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Health Resources and Services Administration, Office of Minority Health, Office of Women’s Health and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, she has even a greater passion for empowering women in all aspects of wellness/wholeness especially in their own identity so that they become everything they were meant to be.
