Apostle Kelly is the founder of Truth Outreach International Ministries Incorporated in Tampa, Florida, where she currently serves as the senior pastor and the President of Excel Connection Preparatory School.

In 2010, Apostle Michelle Kelly founded the Empowering Disciples for Christ World Wide Ministries Inc. (EDFC). The purpose of this ministry is to impact kingdom structure and to identify the needs of the undeveloped body of Christ. EDFC’s focus is to equip and develop extensively the body for the establishment of kingdom assignments. She is the Apostle to many, including, but not limited to Restoration Deliverance Life Center in Pennsylvania and Sanctuary of Prayer and Praise Ministry located in Jamaica, and many more. Apostle is in partnership with India, where resources are provided to help orphanage homes and enable students to attend school.

Kelly is founder of Michelle Kelly Ministries where she travels extensively locally, nationally, and internationally to countries such as India, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and The Bahamas teaching and preaching.

Apostle Michelle Kelly is a native of the beautiful island of Jamaica.
