Greenpeace has raised global awareness about the dangers of Arctic oil drilling, climbed oil rigs to obstruct operations, mobilized nearly three million people and celebrated as major oil companies backed off plans to drill in the Arctic. They will not stop until the Arctic is declared a global sanctuary. Join me to hear Mary Nichol share with us all the very solid reasons when drilling in the Arctic is a bad idea for all of us – not just Mother Earth. Mary is the National Activist Network Director at Greenpeace and is inspired by activism full of love and hope and by thinking about how to build stronger networks across the globe – for the benefit of every citizen on the planet.
