The Internal Revenue Service opened the 2013 filing season Jan. 30, and taxpayers have until April 15 to file their tax returns. The IRS expects to receive more than 147 million individual tax returns this year, with about 75 percent projected to receive a refund.On today’s episode of Your Money, Your Matters, we’ll talk about how to make the most of your tax refund.
