Laughter Meditation is a technique practised in Laughter Yoga. We open and allow laughter to flow through, using no words, just laughter and breath. We laugh and breathe for 30 mins in this session, but in a typical class, a laughter meditation could last about 10 mins.
Miss Lafalot laughs in this session with Certified Laughter Teacher, Shalini Grewal, and her family! We welcome, and honor her family visiting from India; Mr. Sukhwant Singh Grewal, and Mrs. Surinder Pal Grewal!
Thank you for joining us to share joy, and practise pure laughter and breathing techiques ON PURPOSE. We use no jokes; just ask ourselves to laugh, for the health of it! This laughing techniqe is designed to help you relieve stress, and ease physical/emotional pain.
