I heard a man say "when a man is convinced against his will, he is of the same opinion still" .  Last week we learned how to evangelize effectively.  At the end of the session, with very little time left I tried to emphasize the importance of mentoring the new convert.  Don;t leave them out there floundering around without any support when they first come to Christ.  They need a tangible support system more then than at any other time in the process of spiritual growth.  Psalm 119 teaches us how to provide the mentoring we are called to do as the evangelist.  Yes we are all evangelist--remember the Great Commission.
