Our Time to Reflect, Release, and Refocus

Hurry, hustle, and bustle we go, but where it will land us we never really know. We bring in the new year with a blast counting down the last five seconds of the old, usually, without a clue of the new. We often bring the same ole crappola into the next year because we never take time to Stop! Reflect on the goodness of the past; Release all that doesn't serve us, and Refocus--that is setting strong and attainable intensions and vision for the new. So, we continue in the downward spiral trying to figure out why Lord!
