Our Time to Reflect, Release, and Refocus

Hurry, hustle, and bustle we go, but where it will land us we never really know. We bring in the new year with a blast counting down the last five seconds of the old, usually, without a clue of the new. We often bring the same ole crappola into the next year because we never take time to Stop! Reflect on the goodness of the past; Release all that doesn't serve us, and Refocus--that is setting strong and attainable intensions and vision for the new. So, we continue in the downward spiral trying to figure out why Lord! Why? Join us as we take time to explain why it's important to address the three R's and then we'll join in doing them together.
