Practicing in the tradition of THich Nhat Hanh we practice being aware of our breathe. We do this while sitting and while walking.  As we sit we simple watch out breathe in our body, Breathing In and Breathing Out.  

If we catch our mind wonder which it will do we lovingly bring our awareness back to our breathe.  Happy sitting.
