Microbusinesses are kind of miraculous because of the way their owners are able to do so very, very much with so very, very little. They usually have low resources, small staffs and no time, so that it is hard for the managers of larger firms to even imagine how we do it. One of the most important techniques for microbusinesses is partnering, expanding capacity by combining forces with other microbusinesses, nonemployers and even larger firms, in order to get the job done. But partnering is a skill and, if you haven't mastered it, it can be frought with peril. This microbusiness conversation with Kare Anderson will cover the basics of partnering and how it fits into the microbusiness universe. This Microbusiness Conversation was pre-recorded on August 19, 2010.
