By saying ‘yes,’ we can find ourselves shifting from a negative state to a positive, forward looking place. And, when we feel security, productivity, and self-worth in anything we do, it allows us to feel an increased sense of value and creativity. Of course, saying ‘yes’ can also open us to experiences that are not right for us as individuals. So, although ‘yes’ is a great way to develop a positive change in our lives, saying ‘no’ can also have the same result.

On this show, I'll be sharing how choosing and defining who you are is directly related to choices about your wants, your needs, your direction, and what is specifically right for you at distinct and defining moments.  And sometimes, that means that you must simply say "No."
