• Knaub’s Cakes, 24 years; A wholesale producer of frozen cakes to grocery stores and club stores nationally. Began by working in production, accounting, sales and marketing, as business grew served as CEO for the last 14 years prior to the sale of the company.

•     Currently- In 2009 I decided to begin a company called LuxuryToursForLess.com focusing on small group tours and independent travel to Italy, East Africa, South Africa, West Africa, Egypt and Morocco. These are areas I am most familiar with and since I have friends in the tour business who I feel confident will give my clients an amazing experience. I have traveled widely and developed tours in other areas; this year I plan to take a group to Colombia, Cuba, Chelsea Flower show and the Floride which takes place only every 10 years, Sicily, Mainland Italy, Egypt and Morocco.
•  I also developed a company called SoBe Concepts serving as a consultant for startup companies and NGOs, or those that are in the need of restructuring. I specialize in business and product development – sales and marketing – business plans and grant writing. Currently I am assisting Lorna Owens with Global Footprints focused on medical treatments for women and Mid Wife Trainings in  the D R of Congo, and  Emanuele Viscuso, President of the Miami Beach Sicilian Film Festival, both are members of the MB Chamber.
