Whirl With Merle

Brandywine Valley is located around the Southern portion of Pennsylvania where it meets the state of Delaware.  The area is known as the Mushroom Capital of the World. 

Kathi Lafferty owns a company called Mushroom caps where she produces a snack of mushroom chips.  Call them SnackI'm told that she is also considered to be "the Mayor of Kennett Square" a home town attraction.

Let's pick her brain on the subject of mushrooms. 

Chef Brett of Portabello's restaurant in Kennett Square uses a lot of mushrooms with his eclectic cuisine.
