First and foremost, I want you to know that STRUGGLE IS NOT SURRENDER. If Change doesn't happen, progress stops. Today it's popular to say I have anxiety or am under a lot of pressure. Two in five say their financial situation is weaker now than it was a year ago. "CBS reported that most US workers say their pay is not keeping up with inflation. Even as wage growth rose to its highest in years during the pandemic, employees say their earnings aren't keeping pace with the highest inflation in decades. Indeed, 55% said their incomes had not kept pace with rising costs of everyday goods and services, according to Bankrate. That includes half of those Americans who received pay increases." The point is that some are not just feeling restrained; it is their reality because their pocketbooks are not keeping up with the average daily living costs. We all know that not being able to meet or struggling to meet your financial obligations can cause feelings of anxiety. Verywellmind.com reports that "Financial stress can lead to anxiety, depression, behavioral changes like withdrawing from social activities, or physical symptoms like stomachaches or headaches." The struggle is real, but you don't have to surrender to your struggle. You do, however, have to change your mind about your situation.  LET'S TALK ABOUT IT! COME AND HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE ON ME!  Be sure to pick up "Conversations Over Coffee," Sold at Amazon & Barnes & Noble.
