Saturday, 4/28 @ 8am. 347-996-5568 or FBLive. Me God and A Cup Of Coffee" is a show that recognizes that every day must start with a morning conversation with God. Through sharing our experiences with others we realize that, We are more alike than we are different. Maya Angelou was one of the most famed american writers of her time, she was a poet, memoirist and a notable civil rights activist. During her time as a writer, which spanned a period of about 50 years she wrote a number of autobiographies, a number of essay collections, and poems. One of her most famous poems is titled Human Family. In the poem she writes; I note the obvious differences in the human family. Some of us are serious, some thrive on comedy. Some declare their lives are lived as true profundity, and others claim they really live the real reality. I always say, "We are more alike than we are different." What do you think?
