MOVING IN OBEDIENCE THROUGH FAITH

     GOD carefully lay out HIS plan for Israel to obtain victory over Jericho. Israel's victory was a result of their explicit obedience. At times GOD's plan can be unusual or hard to carry out but we must exercise our faith anyhow. Daily, they must have experienced taunts from the residents on the walls of Jericho as they marched silently around the walls. GOD was their source of strength and they were therefore willing to look foolish and simply rest in the LORD. To overcome obstacles and in testings, we must submit to GOD'S way by faith.
