Jesus urged the Church to pray for laborers to be sent into the harvest of the Lord. There is a scarcity of laborers in the field and it is due to the fact that the church fails to pray as Jesus commanded. God's chosen laborers are the only ones who will go filled with compassion and Christlike power. God is calling for people on their knees in large numbers to meet the purposes of Heaven and the needs of the earth.
