This was my first time tuned in to your show. I found myself relating to so many things you were talking about in verbable abuse. I hide deep inside myself and don't speak a word after being verbally abused for so many years. It has torned my heart and left it empty from feeling I am loved. I feel so unloved and since the loss of my parents so alone. I do have grown children and grandchildren but it seems they can't fill the void in my heart that I am left with and I am empty inside filled with
