I talked with Trina Hoefling.

Trina is a seasoned executive team coach and organization development psychologist with 28 years experience developing people and systems, always with a focus on strategic execution and management, helping operations achieve strategic goals, and developing middle managers and emerging leaders to achieve significant results, reasonably, while supporting the well being of all.
