How To Win A Disability Claim

Social Security Disability benefits are not given to everyone. Claims are won and lost depending on the presentation of your case. There are a number of factors that will come into play, but mainly, the government wants to know why you are unable to perform a job on a full-time basis.

Having a supportive doctor is helpful, but often times, by itself, it will not lead you to winning your case. The fact that you might be getting workers compensation benefits is also helpful, but under Social Security laws, you might be found disabled on that alone.
