Personally, I think convicted violent criminals should be forcibly sterilized, and women who have borne out-of-wedlock children for drug dealers, murderers, rapists, etc, should also be sterilized---I'm certain this would go a long ways towards curtailing the generational curse of criminality in the black American community.

Where are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton when all this black-on-black crime happens? I blame the 70% out-of-wedlock birth rate for this mess---too many idiots and degenerates are procreating, and too many young black American women are opening their legs to irresponsible "thug nigga" idiots instead laying down with men of character and integrity.

I too blame gangsta rap stars for popularizing all of the negative stereotypes of black American culture as portrayed in the media (namely BET, MTV, and VH1).
