A new Boss?

http://bit.ly/lFyLWq

No matter who you are, you've got to report to some sort of boss. It's inevitable. Love it, hate it, or anywhere in between, we all have to serve somebody.

As these changes occur more frequently within companies who continue to "rearrange the furniture" so to speak, you once again feel as if you are a freshman in high school, having to prove yourself and what your purpose and contributions are to the company. YOU are not the one who has done anything different, but must now add establishing credibility with a new boss to your already abundant daily stress load.
As if selling in today's economy isn't hard enough.
Knowing that this article may sound somewhat negative, I would like to explain that even as you may feel somewhat unsettled at first, as I mention in my "Rethinking Sales" book, relationship building and trust building are important in every facet of business.
