As these changes occur more frequently within companies who continue to "rearrange the furniture" so to speak, you once again feel as if you are a freshman in high school, having to prove yourself and what your purpose and contributions are to the company. YOU are not the one who has done anything different, but must now add establishing credibility with a new boss to your already abundant daily stress load. As if selling in today's economy isn't hard enough.
