What does 'Constitutional' mean?

If we are to restore the nation to being subject to constitutional government we will need to change our attitude from "whatever the Supreme Court declares to be constitutional" is constitutional to "what the constitution says when considered in light of the original intent of the Framers" is constitutional. Only after "we the people" develop this attitude, will our leaders and judges, including the Supreme Court justices, reflect this attitude.
