Subject: Our Youth - What opportunities we create for the least of us, reflects on all of us.

Victor Reece holds a Masters in Special Education from Trinity College and American Public University School of Education. He holds a BSW bachelors of social work.

Victor played pro football after short stay in the NFL training camp I ended up in the Canadian Football League than Arena Football for the Albany Firebirds in New York

Victor traded his athletic skills for the classroom where he spent several years teaching special education at Andrew Jackson Middle School. He went on to work in the Administration side of Education and Directed a Alternative high school for emotional disturbed adolescents for 5 years in Washington DC.  Victor also advised and participated as a educational consultant setting up several alternative programs throughout the country.  

Now Victor is the Program Coordinator of a global initiative spearheaded by McKinsey & Co called Generations for which he is responsible for their Delaware market.
