And What Seek You?

Here's a simple and universal truth: Everybody's looking for something.

Let's get past the lost set of keys, a new job, a house or a spouse, and move on to the things that carry more weight: For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:22 KJV)  The problem is, of all the things men can get, God only recommends two, wisdom and understanding, and both of those ultimately point people toward a Who, not another what.

So, if you're looking for a "what" to help the world be better, or to have it make sense, for you, then you probably do not seek what you need.
