Discussions of right and wrong, "on the margins", as it were have gone on since Eve and the serpent in Eden. The simple fact is that people will introduce things into their own personal "canon", either to augment God's word, or to replace it, sometimes in its entirety.
But that is a strange thing to do, often runs counter to His will and even common sense, and leaves those who shape their own moral code devoid of any morality at all.
Many are baffled just by the mention of "The GOD Man". Why? Simply because many still dont understand. It is not fully understood that GOD's unfailing love promises us an inheritance to "HIS Kingdom". Many are still uncertain where the "Kingdom" really is. Therefore, we can't grasp the reality of the existance of "The GOD Man". Interested in what I mean? Come kick it with me in "The Kingdom". I got it for you if you need some.

Come join us on tonight's show of "A Time in His Presence" with Apostle Richard Bunkley Jr. , Senior Pastor of Freedom Christian Assembly in Cleveland, Ohio. Apostle Richard Bunkley Jr. will expound on the topic of "The Holiness of God and Man".
Scripture : 1 John 4:17 "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, So are We in this World."
Once a destination is set, all that remains is to arrive, by whatever mode of transport that can be used.
Earthly transport toward heaven is accomplished by a man taking on the tasks left, by God, for him to do, and to be found at the last yet performing that work.
There is no time for fatigue, nor for deviation; indeed, there may be no time at all, for he knows not at what hour his Lord shall come...
Serving God, in a manner maintaining Heaven as the objective, requires the ability, even a willingness, to confront and overcome adversity. I'm not talking about the popular "God knows what you're going through and He will bring you out" approach to troubles, but rather the manner of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who answered King Nebuchadnezzar's threat (promise) to burn them alive thusly:
"If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.” Daniel 3:17-18
We are to "endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ." During combat, the good soldier, under fire, does not refuse the orders of his commander, or close his heart; he remains open to that voice of authority, as part of his commitment to serve.
Similarly, we should not allow the "light afflictions" of this life should not close our hearts to God. Instead, despite the natural tendency toward self-defense which would close us off from any source of pain, we should train ourselves to not only see Christ in our disasters, but also strive even harder to reach out to Him in our distress, knowing what can occur if we but touch the hem of His garment...
We have a softening society, one that seems more feminine and less firm and reliable with each passing day. We have bought into the importance of self-esteem, that happiness is essential, and that every man should get in touch with his inner child...or inner female. How's that workin'?
Not surprisingly, while the Bible challenges all men to be sensitive to women and children, it also STRONGLY admonishes them to be neither women nor children.
In this time when "feelings" seem to matter so much, the timeless truth is roles matter so much more. For those who want to see truth prosper and prevail, there is a clear edict, and that from the Most High: Play the Man.

This program review the several distinctively un-Christian, but clearly official Mormon Doctrines that reduce the nature of God from a previously corrupt and sinful man to an exalted man who became one of billions of Gods. This incredibly insulting teaching also builds mankind as it reduces God to an equivalent being.
