Former Orange County Superior Court Judge and Federal Prosecutor Jim Gray visits Madisons' Open Rebellion to discuss how American drug laws have produced exactly the opposite outcome that was intended by their enactment.

Judge Gray will explain who benefits from the current laws both Federal and in most states, and who loses in the equation. Judge Gray was Gary Johnson's Vice Presidential running mate on the Libertarian Party ticket in 2012.

Over 26 years as a Superior Court Judge in California has given Jim a practical concept of what works and what doesn't, in the realm of narcotics statutes, enforcement and sentencing. We talk about California's ballot proposition 64 and why society would receive a net benefit from liberalized laws that respect adult choices. Judge Gray also makes a case for 3rd party voting alternatives and for viable 3rd parties to participate in the upcoming Presidential debates.
