Her health broadcast, Healthy Happy and Whole aired in the Houston market for over 10 years and she was asked to create a cookbook to go along with her television programs and conferences: Effortless Vegetarian Cooking, which simplifies making the transition from the standard meat-based diet into vegetarian cooking.

Linda will be discussing ways to keep stress out of your life especially during the holidays. We will also share some healthy holiday recipes because one of the stresses is gaining weight over the holiday season, taking away some of that stress by providing a few healthy recipes.
