Calcium supplements are necessary especially if you are lactose intolerant or have milk problems. Which is the best one for you? There are two types, carbonate and citrate. What's the difference? Do you know what is in the calcium you are taking - I mean the inactive ingredients? Scary for some manufacturers. What is best for you? Vitamin D3 - good stuff, but do you know why? How do you know how much to take? Fish oil is great for Omega 3 fatty acids, but it can be more harmful than helpful! Under what circumstances? Vitamin C - how much is too much?
