1.  Pay close attention to your self-talk. Identify and isolate your conquered thinking mind.
2.  Create a new story about who you are and what you are worth.
3.  Be willing to let go of the negative thinking that comes attached with negative emotions.
 
She believes that when you help to restore another; especially when they feel down or invaluable, you become an expert at restoring yourself.
 
Yet, when you tear someone down you become an expert at tearing yourself down.
 
Susan has been a public speaker for over 25 years. She tells stories of the challenges of her childhood. She and her family endured prejudice and discrimination for much of her life while attending an all-white school system and living in an all-white neighborhood.
